1General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bbu8 ("we", "our" or "platform") and the user ("you" or "player"). By using the bbu8 website or services, you will be considered to have given your full consent to these terms.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes.

5Bonuses and Promotions

bbu8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

• 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x) (on the combined total of deposit and bonus).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of claiming the bonus.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be claimed only once (from one household or IP address).
• bbu8 reserves the right to change bonus terms.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended.

6Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all types of betting and gaming activity on bbu8:

• A confirmed bet or spin cannot be cancelled or changed.
• We reserve the right to void any amount incorrectly awarded due to a technical error.
• In the event of any dispute over a match result or game result, our records will be considered final.

Special Sports Betting Rules

• No claims will be accepted for live betting due to network delays.

7VIP Program

The bbu8 VIP program has five tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Promotion to a higher tier depends on regular activity and active participation on the platform. Cashback is credited to active players' accounts every Monday. No wagering is required on cashback — it can be withdrawn directly.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on bbu8 and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Creating an account with a false identity or fake information.
• Operating multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
• Playing using automated bots or software.
• Attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in games or the system.
• Sharing account information with other players.
• Using credit cards or third-party funds.
• Threatening, insulting, or disrespectful behavior.

9Account Closure

Voluntary Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time via our live chat or email. Any valid balance at the time of closure can be withdrawn.

Mandatory Closure

bbu8 may close an account in the following circumstances:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Providing false information.
• Failure to submit verification documents.
• Violation of responsible gambling rules.
